Concert Treble is one of our Non-Varsity Treble choirs at Vandegrift High School. This group is usually comprised of 9th grade trebles and also some students newer to singing.
Concert Tenor Bass Choir is the Non-Varsity Tenor-Bass Choir at Vandegrift High School. This group includes 25 young men and is growing strong.
A Cappella is a select Non-Varsity Treble Ensemble at Vandegrift High School. This group is comprised mostly of sophomore and junior trebles. This choir has close to 30 singers, most of whom take private lessons throughout the year.
Chorale is the Varsity Mixed Choir on campus and is a combination of Chorale Trebles and Chorale Tenor Bass singers. Most students in Chorale are Juniors and Seniors. Members of Chorale sing at a very high level and sing a mixed repertoire throughout the school year.
Chamber is made up of 24 treble & tenor bass singers that are also in Chorale. Students in this class are in two choir periods and they are the very best singers and sight readers. Chamber sings the national anthem at all home football games and competes at the Madrigal Festival every Spring in San Antonio.
